I help people prepare deliberately for this phase, so they enter new roles with clarity, composure, and a clear sense of what actually matters early.

I’m the founder of Naked and Curious Ltd, an independent creative and strategic venture studio based in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Alongside that work, I continue to take on a small number of personal engagements with leaders and organisations in Germany and the DACH region.
